Booking/Cancellation Policy

This policy has been updated for the website www.skinblissstudio.co.uk .

Please note:

All bookings will require a 50% deposit to secure the appointment.
This will be deducted from the final balance on the day of treatment when the remaining balance is paid in full.
There is a 48-hour cancellation notice period required for all treatments.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
You are able to change your booking up to 48 hours prior to the appointment.
If for any unforeseen circumstances we should need to cancel the appointment, clients will not be charged any fee, and we will endeavour to rebook at a convenient time.
If a client arrives later than 15 minutes from the start of their appointment the appointment will be cancelled.
Skin Bliss Studio reserve the rights to make changes to this policy.

T’s & C’s

All clients must be over the age of 18 years to receive any treatment at Skin Bliss Studio.
Please do not bring any other person with you to your appointment, as they cannot be accommodated – children included.
You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding at the time of your appointment if receiving any laser treatments.
Skin Bliss Studio cannot guarantee the longevity or level of success of results from the treatments. Whilst every effort is made to ensure success, it is important to highlight that each person is unique in their skin type and lifestyle and may not always be happy with their results. In this case we do not offer a refund.
